OPTION 3: SCRIPT
1. Run the attached script
2. If you are not logged in as local admin, you will be prompted for a password
3. After putting in the password, you may see notepad popup, this will happen if the entry
has already been made, if so, you should be able to just exit and be done
4. Most likely though, you will get the main menu, press L then {enter} to run on the local
machine
5. On the next screen, check to see if the very bottom says “10.186.205.56”, if it does, that
means the entry was successful, press {enter} to complete
6. The script will automatically handle the network reset, so all you have to do is wait until it
finishes, then test the connection in IE
