I, Larry Bird, of Terre Haute, Indiana, in consideration of SIX HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($635,000.00) paid grant to Barack Obama and Michelle Obama, husband
and wife, as tenants by the entirety, of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C., with quitclaim
covenants, that certain parcel of land situated in Bristol County, Massachusetts, known as 36
Harvestwood Lane, Mansfield, MA, bounded and described as follows:

The land, with the buildings thereon, situated in Mansfield, Bristol County, Massachusetts and shown as
Lot 107 on a plan of land entitled, “Plan of Land, Lots 107 & 108 Harvestwood LA.; scale: 1” = 30’;
dated: Jan. 19, 1998; Hutchins-Trowbridge Associates, 200 Chauncy Street, Mansfield, MA” recorded
with Bristol County Northern District Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 368, Page 10 and to which plan
reference may be had for a more particular description of the granted premises.

Said lot 107 contains, according to said plan, 30,000 square feet.

Together with the right to use the streets and ways as shown on said above described plan (and plans
recorded with said Deeds in Plan Book 310, Pages 40 to 54 inclusive) for all purposes for which streets
and ways are commonly used in the Town of Mansfield.

Said Lot 107 is conveyed together with the right to use all easements and subject to all matters and
easements shown on said Plan (and plans recorded with said Deeds in Plan Book 310, Pages 40 to 54
inclusive) in common with others entitled thereto.

Said Lot 107 is subject to Protective Covenants as recorded with Bristol County Northern District
Registry of Deeds in Book 6182, Page 88 and Book 6179, Page 115.

Said Lot 107 is subject to a utility easement to New England Telephone and Telegraph Company and
Mansfield Municipal Electric Department recorded with Bristol County Northern District Registry of
Deeds in Book 6192, Page 162.

Being the same premises conveyed to grantor by deed dated April 17, 1998 and recorded in said Deeds in
Book 7586, Page 339.
