ABSTRAK TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN AKSEPTOR KB IUD TENTANG ALAT KONTRASEPSI IUD DI DESA MOJOREJO KECAMATAN MODO KABUPATEN LAMONGAN

Oleh : Diah Febriana Edi Purwanti Salah satu alat kontrasepsi yang digunakan oleh Ibu adalah intra uterine device (IUD). Kenyataan yang ada dilapangan banyak ibu atau akseptor KB yang tidak mengetahui tentang alat kontrasepsi IUD atau mereka memilih alat kontrasepsi hanya karena disuruh suami atau ikutan dengan temannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan akseptor KB tentang alat kontrasepsi IUD di Desa Mojorejo Kecamatan Modo Kabupaten Lamongan Tahun 2010. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif. Variabel penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan akseptor KB IUD tentang alat kontrasepsi IUD. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah akseptor KB IUD di Desa Mojorejo Kecamatan Modo Kabupaten Lamongan sebanyak 20 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan tekhnik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hampir setengah responden mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup tentang KB IUD sebanyak 9 responden (45%). Responden pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mereka sudah mempunyai informasi yang cukup baik dari tenaga kesehatan, teman atau juga dari saudara serta lingkungan sekitarnya sehingga meningkatkan pengetahuan responden dari tidak tahu menjadi tahu. Diharapkan Responden lebih meningkatkan informasi tentang pengetahuan kontrasepsi IUD melalui media cetak atau elektronik, penyuluhan oleh tenaga kesehatan atau juga melalui bertanya pada teman sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan yang mereka miliki. ABSTRACT Knowledge of acceptor KB IUD about tools of contraception IUD in Countryside Mojorejo District Modo SubProvince of Lamongan By : Diah Febriana Edi Purwanti One of the intra uterine device used by mom is intra uterine device. The fast is many of family planning acceptor ora mom do not know about IUD or they choose it just because of their husband order or following friends. The aim of this research is to know knowledge level of the acceptor about IUD in Mojorejo District Modo Sub Province Lamongan Years 2010. The research design use descriptive. The research variable is the acceptor knowledge about IUD. The Population in this research is the acceptor IUD in countryside of Mojorejo District Modo Sub Province Lamongan counted 20 people. Sample taken by using total sampling technique. Data collected by using questionnaire instrument and presented in the form of tables distribution frequency. The result of this research indicate that almost half of the respondewnt have enough knowledge about IUD, counted 9 respondent (45%). The respondent of this research indicate that they have good enough information from the paramedics, friends and also from their family and surroundings, which improve the respondent knowledge from unknow to well know. The respondent is expected to improve more information about IUD (intra uterine device) through mass media ora electronic media, sounselling by the paramedics or ask to friend, which can improve the knowledge they had.
