J ‘The undersigned is informed and believes that: COUNT 1 (On or about July 28, 2008, in the County of Los Angeles, the crime of MURDER, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 187(a), a Felony, was committed by JAMES MICHEAL FAYED and JOSE LUIS MOYA, who did unlawfully, and with malice aforethought murder PAMELA FAYED, a human being, “NOTICE: The above offense is a serious felony within the meaning of Penal Code Section 1192.7(c) and a violent felony within the meaning of Penal Code Section 667.5(c)." Rev. 920-6/03 DA Case 28596417 Page 1 ‘Case No. BA346362 FELONY COMPLAINT FOR ARREST WARRANTCOUNT 2 On and between January 1, 2008, and July 28, 2008, in the County of Los Angeles, the crime of CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT A CRIME, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 182(a)(1), a Felony, was committed by JAMES MICHEAL FAYED and JOSE LUIS MOYA, who did unlawfully conspire together and with another person and persons whose identity is unknown to commit the crime of Murder, in violation of Section 187 of the Penal Code, a felony; that pursuant to and for the purpose of carrying out the objectives ‘and purposes of the aforesaid conspiracy, the said defendants committed the following overt act and acts at and in the County of Los Angeles and Ventura: OVERT ACTS 1. On and between January 1, 2008 and July 28, 2008, James Fayed paid Jose Moya approximately 25 thousand dollars to arrange the murder of Pamela Fayed. 2. On July 3, 2008, a Suzulki sport utility vehicle was rented by James Fayed and his company, Goldfinger, Inc. 3. On July 28, 2008, persons drove Fayed’s rented Suzuki sport utility vehicle to the Watt Tower parking garage. 4, On July 28, 2008, Jose Moya called James Fayed at 3:01 pm. 5. On July 28, 2008, Jose Moya called his voicemail at 3:53 pm. 6. On July 28, 2008, a person approached Pamela Fayed in the Watt Tower parking garage and repeatedly stabbed Pamela Fayed, killing her. 7. On July 28, 2008, a person left the immediate area where Palela Fayed was stabbed, and entered Fayed’s rented Suzuki sport utility vehicle. 8. On July 28, 2008, persons, left the Watt Tower parking garage in Fayed’s rented Suzuki sport utility vehicle. 9. On July 28, 2008, persons drove Fayed’s rented Suzuki sport utility vehicle 9166 Happy Camp Road, the ranch of James Fayed, in Ventura County. 10. On July 29, 2008, Jose Moya returned Fayed’s rented Suzuki sport utility vehicle to the rental car company.
