ABSTRAK Tugas Akhir ini membahas mengenai perancangan dan pembuatan system pengolah air limbah pabrik tahu menjadi air baku. Pada sistem yang dirancang menggunakan sensor pH elektroda granit, dilengkapi mikrokontroller atmega 8535. Cara kerja dari rancang bangun ini yaitu dua larutan yang dilarutkan dengan set point kadar pH 7. Untuk larutan Asam menggunakan HCl sedangkan larutan basa menggunakan NaOH. Dimana masing masing larutan dihubungkan pada pipa yang terdapat pada tandon penampung. Pompa sendiri dikendalikan oleh MCU Atmega 8535 yang telah dihubungkan pada driver relay. Dari driver relay dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler Atmega 8535. Hasil dari pengukuran sensor akan ditampilkan melalui LCD. Sistem pengendalian yang dirancang secara keseluruhan memiliki hasil berupa air baku yang layak untuk dibuang ke perairan. Kata Kunci : Pengendalian, kadar pH, Mikrokontroller Atmega 8535

ABSTRACT This final project discusses about the design and manufacture of factory waste water processing system out into the raw water. In the system designed using a pH sensor electrode granite, equipped microcontroller atmega8535. The workings of this design are two solutions are diluted with a set point pH 7. To a solution of hydrochloric acid is used while using the NaOH base solution. Where each solution is connected to the pipe contained in the reservoir container. The pump itself is controlled by the MCU Atmega 8535 which has been connected to the relay drivers. From the relay drivers controlled by the microcontroller Atmega 8535. Results of the measurement sensor will be displayed through the LCD. Designed control system as a whole has the form of raw water that deserve to be thrown into the waters.
