SCOPE
The

study will help to know different types of account holders. The study will help to know about various products and services provided by the bank. The study will help to know about the marketing activities of a bank. The study will help to increase awareness about South Indian Bank.

LIMITATIONS
The sample size is limited to 50. y As data is collected by direct approach when the questionnaire is given to the public some get irritated and ignored it. y Respondents are not willing to answer accurately for the questionnaire given to them.

FINDINGS
The respondents are willing to open account in south indian bank because they provides better service compared to other banks. Finds that majority of the customers in south Indian bank are youths Finds that the respondents are considering the services & advertisement as the most valuable factor while opening an account another.

SUGGESTIONS
"The

researcher suggests placing more banners in the city and issue notices in the news papers. "To use the data base given by the researcher to cover the people who are ready to open the account in south Indian bank. " Can increase the awareness about south indian bank through sponsoring for social event. " Suggest to form a club which include the existing customers to get their loyalty.
