DISADVANTAGE You can hurt people greatly if you are not wise with your intelligence.

APTITUDE

An aptitude is thus best understood as a stable ability of an individual, that is readily available as a resource, which can be applied to specific tasks requiring this ability, thereby enhancing her/his potential for learning

But in aptitude you are only focusing a one particular work or skill what you can only do.

GOALS

Goals play a significant role in learning since they give strength and direction to it.

Some Goals can destructive. You can be frustrated if you do not attain your goal.

INTERESTS

Interest is one of the most important factors which mediates learning and which motivates to act

Without interest, there can be no learning.

READINESS TO LEARN AND MATURATION

Developmental pattern is a good way of teaching children. Resulting in functionally preparing an individual to acquire Mastery over his/her environment.

Its not a good idea not undergo developmental pattern because it can deliberately misbehaving.
