1. Using a sheet of paper 8 inches or larger (you will need to supply the larger paper), create a collage of pictures, photos, art, wrappers, tickets, etc. to represent most of the categories in the questionnaire. Do not use anything really valuable that you would feel horrible about losing, since occasionally things do fall off a collage or get damaged, and I dont have collage insurance. Be creative. Be amazing! Hand in your collage with the completed questionnaire. 2. On a separate sheet of paper, write at least a one-page explanation of why you put what you did into your collage. How does the collage represent you? How might you group your thoughts into different categories? You may use WORD, but turn in at least one rough draft with your final paper.
