/ Dated 20th June 2011 All those students who have been allotted a seat in JSSATE-Noida through UPSEE-2011 counseling are advised to report for admission from 25th July 2011 onwards (Monday to Saturday) between 1000 to 1400 hours. These students must bring the following documents along with them for admission: High School Certificate 4 photocopies with original for verification 12th Mark sheet 4 photo copies with original for verification. Migration Certificate Original +one photocopy (for non UP board students) Transfer Certificate-Original +one photocopy. UPSEE-2011 Allotment Letter - Original + 3 Photo copies UPSEE-2011 State Rank Card- Original + 2 Photo copies UPSEE-2011 FEE Receipt of Rs.9000/-(for SC & ST) -Original + 1 Photo-copy. UPSEE-2011 FEE Receipt of Rs.15000/- (for General & OBC) -Original + 1 Photocopy. UP Domicile Certificate of Parents Original & one photocopy.(for students who have completed 10+2 from outside UP) 10. Colored Photographs 8 (6 pass port + 2 stamp size) 11. Caste Certificate ( SC, ST & OBC Category)-2 copies with original for verification 12. Medical Certificate Original & one photocopy. 13. Degree Mark Sheet (for MCA & MBA)-4 copies with original for verification 14. Diploma/B.Sc. final year Mark Sheet (lateral entry in 2nd year)-4 copies 15. Affidavit for year gap students Original & one photocopy. 16. Hostel Allotment: The Boys Hostel and the Girls Hostel is inside the campus. Both the Hostels have limited capacity and will be available for first year UG students only. The allotment of Hostel will be done on First Cum First Serve basis. Students whose parents are staying in the NCR region (Noida/Delhi/Ghaziabad) will not be given accommodation in the Hostel. College Fee: College fee is to be paid by DD drawn in favour of JSS ATE Management Account payable at Noida / New Delhi.
