MP Romeu Moizes from the National Congress for the Timorese Reconstruction (CNRT) has called on the Government to create a condition for facilitating all the Timorese people who are living abroad to attend the general election 2012. MP Moizes affirmed that the Government should guarantee peoples right and create a decree law so that they could participate in the general election. Government should create and produce a decree law so that all Timorese people abroad can participate in general election, Mr Moizes said. He added that it is important to produce law to guarantee and regulate Timorese people in abroad to participate in the election.

O ESTADO atravs do Presidente Jos Ramos Horta concordou com a carta de demisso do Comandante Geral da Fora Defesa de TimorLeste (F-FDTL) major-general Taur Matan Ruak, acrescentando que o Brigadeiro General Lere Anan Timur ir substituir Taur levar F-FDTL. A deciso foi tomada pelo presidente Horta eo primeiro-ministro Xanana Gusmo, ontem durante a reunio de Defesa e do Conselho de Segurana realizada no Palcio Presidente Nicolau Lobato em Aitarak Laran, Dili. Eu expliquei este caso ao presidente Horta e ele concorda com isso e dizendo que se o Governo concorda em seguida, o presidente tambm concorda com a renncia de Taur. Temos planejado para realizar uma cerimnia sobre este caso em 06 de outubro, disse Gusmo PM. Ele acrescentou: claro que o general Lere est l para substituir Taur. Eu no poderia nomear um Sargento de Substituto Taur levar F-FDTL e ignorar Lere Geral, PM Gusmo disse.

THE STATE through President Jos Ramos Horta has agreed with the resignation letter from the General Commander of the Timor Leste Defence Force (FFDTL) Major General Taur Matan Ruak, adding that Brigadier General Lere Anan Timur will substitute Taur to lead F-FDTL. The decision was made by President Horta and Prime Minister Xanana Gusmo yesterday during the Defence and Security Council meeting held at the President Palace Nicolau Lobato in Aitarak Laran, Dili. I explained this case to President Horta and he agrees about it and saying that if the Government agrees then the president also agrees with Taurs resignation. We have planned to hold a ceremony about this case in October 6, PM Gusmo said. He added, It is clear that General Lere is there to substitute Taur. I could not nominate a Sergeant to Substitute Taur to lead F-FDTL and ignore General Lere, PM Gusmo said.

MP Moizes afirmou que o Governo deve garantir o direito das pessoas e criar um decreto-lei para que eles pudessem participar da eleio geral. O governo deveria criar e produzir um decreto-lei, para que todos os timorenses no exterior podem participar na eleio geral, disse Deputado Moizes. Saya menjelaskan hal ini kepada Presiden Horta dan dia setuju tentang hal itu dan mengatakan bahwa jika pemerintah setuju maka presiden juga setuju dengan pengunduran diri Taur itu. Kami telah meren-canakan untuk mengadakan upacara tentang kasus ini pada Oktober 6, PM Gusmao mengatakan. Dia menamahkan, Sudah jelas bahwa Jenderal Lere ada untuk pengganti Taur. Anggota parlemen Romeu Moizes dari Kongres Nasional untuk Rekonstruksi Timor (CNRT) telah meminta Pemerintah untuk menciptakan kondisi untuk memfasilitasi semua orang Timor Leste yang tinggal di luar negeri untuk menghadiri pemilihan umum 2012. Sdr Moizes menegaskan bahwa Pemerintah harus menjamin hak rakyat dan membuat keputusan hukum sehingga mereka bisa berpartisipasi dalam pemilihan umum. Pemerintah ha-us membuat dan menghasilkan keputusan hukum sehingga sem-ua orang Timor Leste di luar negeri dapat berpartisipasi dalam pemilihan umum, Sdr Moizes kata.
