Exchange AIESEC in Bolivia, am writing this endorsement letter to support the candidacy of Andr Luiz Godoy Perdomo for the position of Vicepresident of Incoming Exchange for the upcoming term of 2012/2013. Andr is a person oriented, really focused on his team, always worried about our worries! His awareness of other is extremely strong, he is the first noticing when we are not ok (sometimes, even when we are). He loves to help people! If we are having problems, he will be with us, listening to our problems, trying to help us, until he is sure that we are better. He puts the others ahead of himself, easily sacrificing himself for the others benefit. He is really dedicated to the work he does and is always the one remembers the details in which nobody tought before. He thinks differently, he is a dreamer, always trying to make his team forget the mindsets it may have. Andre, as VP, is like a coach. He like to show his opinion, He tries to be really rational so, when he is explaining something (that is rare, because most of the times, he just make us get there), he is too exhaustive. We already get the point, but he insists explaining. His capacity to manage time and auto-discipline is really good!. He is the kind of person that listens and speak a lot. Personally, he is a really pacific, humble and easy going person with whom is easy to get an interesting conversation. His love for the organization is unbreakable, that is why he is so committed and dedicated. The spot-light and recognition is not the most important issue for him, in the end, he just wants to live with the conscious that he gave his best to make AIESEC happen. It is for the reasons listed above that I send my most dear support to Andr. He really deserves this opportunity, and AIESEC in Campinas too!
