This assignment aims to give you practical insight to the concepts of Organisations environments. Broaden your knowledge on how managers take these factors into consideration before making any business move. SWOT is, however, equally important to constantly monitor your own strengths and weaknesses as well as foreseeing any Opportunities/threats facing the company. You can collect information required through various means such as: from the company website, by actually paying visit to the company, Annual/interim reports of the company, interviewing the owner/manager or any resource who could provide you the true information of companys present standing. Task: Pick Up any company (local or multinational) operating in Pakistan. Study its internal and external environment and in a report, discuss and detail those environmental factors influencing the company. Conduct SWOT analysis of that firm by providing an overview of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Provide recommendations to improve on any weakness or opportunity through utilising the strengths.
