All Operating tables were equipped Only one Operating table was with operating microscope equipped with an operating microscope Patients in paying hospitals were No such arrangement in free The mode of working was same in both the hospitals, that is provided with light breakfast before hospital same surgery process were followed for registration.

Free Hospital was largely staffed with medical personnel from Main Hospital on rotation basis to ensure that nonpaying patients receives the same quality treatment.

Contributions..

Doctors and nurses were on rotation basis to ensure same quality treatment. Team of doctors and support staff help to organize the rural camps, screening and then those selected for surgery were transported on the same day

Weakness

Profit and loss account shows that even after running the free hospital, its making a profit of 50 % approx and major part of income is from revenue from the pay hospital, so chances are they might be charging quite a high amount which might not be stable There is very little contribution from
