INTRODUCTION
What is refrigeration?
Why thermoelectric refrigeration?

WORKING
Components Thermoelectric module Refrigeration chamber Air circulation system Temperature measurement system Principle of working

FIG. THREMOELECTRIC MODULE

ADVANTAGES
No use of CFCs or HCFCs
Less moving parts, no lubrication required No wear, friction, noise or vibration

Compact size
Light weight Lower price

DISADVANTAGES
Low coefficient of performance
Not suitable for mass storage

APPLICATIONS
Wine stores
Cooling of aircraft cock-pit Cooling of electronics devices

Medicine stores

WORK UP TILL NOW

Research papers have been studied
Some video clips about fabrication Supplier of components is found out

Some patents are studied

WORK TO BE DONE
Buying thermoelectric module
Fabrication process Thermal analysis

Some more research papers on fabrication

CONCLUSION
Thermoelectric refrigerators are cheaper as compared

to conventional one. Due to the lower price, compact size and low battery required, thermoelectric refrigerators will be having great future. No use of CFCs i.e. eco-friendly.
