Telephone Mediation Training

The Scottish Mediation Network are delighted to be providing telephone mediation training on Tuesday 1st November 2011 and Wednesday 2nd November. There will be three workshops available for attending each offering 3 hours CPD: Tuesday 1st November 10am 1pm Tuesday 1st November 2.30pm 5.30pm Wednesday 2nd November 10am 1pm Registration will commence at 9.30 am for morning sessions and 2pm for afternoon sessions. Trainers The trainers for the day are Carole Collings and Toni Burrows who are Small Claims Mediators and Trainers with Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service in England. Both Toni and Carole undertake between 500 and 600 mediations each year - most of them by telephone.

For members of the Scottish Mediation Network the price is 50. For non-members the price is 100.
