Some additions and explanations

1- in page 3 , line 3 from below : add “ mA “ and the sentence

become
“Although mA, kVp, and exposure time are crucial parameters influencing
density and contrast “

2- in page 4 : add this question:

why we call it paralleling tech ??
because the film is parallel to the long axis of the tooth.

3- in page 5 : the sentence “ ask the patient to remove eyeglasses and

any removable appliances “ at the end there is missing word , so the
sentence become
“Do not comment on any discomfort the patient may experience during
the procedure “

4- in page 8 line 4 from above : I said that the doctor said that the total
periapical radiograph in anterior teeth is 9 ( 5 in upper + 4 in lower )
but doctor said that the total is 8 but in the book it’s 9

the explanation : the book considered that in mandibular teeth you should
include the central & lateral in one radiograph and a separate radiograph
for the canine only . so here the total will be 4 for the right and left.

But the doctor said that you have to put the two centrals ( Right & left ) in
one radiograph
And the lateral and canine together in one radiograph so here the total is 3

5- page 13 line 6 from below :

why we position the tube head in a +10 degrees in the bitewing tech???
because the plane that connect the cusps of the right and left pm or
molars in the same arch is not flat but it’s curved , do you remember the
“ curve of Wilson “ ??
