AHMAD ALBAR

Ahmad Albar was born in Surabaya, jawa timur at July, 16 1946. He was born form Syech Albar and Farida couple, Ahmad Albar that usually called "Iye" have a succes with his legendary group band "God Bless". Iye starts his carreer in the acting world, his film's title is "jendral kancil". His career in music starts since he was 11th years old. Iye and his friends formed a group band called "bocah bintang remaja" but two years later it broke up. After that with Titi Qadarsih, iye formed "Kuarta Nada". But this band was not keeping for along time too. At 1960 he went to ducth. This second child from six brothers formed "take a five". This music group broke up at 1967. than at 1967 he stand "clover leaf" that made an album an 5 single At 1972 with Ludwig Lemans, the guitaris of clover leaf, he went home. Iye tried ti find musicians that want to join them. At 1973 Iye, Ludwig, Donny fattah, fuad and jockie Soerjoprajogo stand a group band its name is "God Bless". Iye was ex-husband from actress Rini S. bono and have a son his name is Fachry Albar. But later we knows that he had married with a women her name is Dewi. Iye even become a prisioner because narcotics case. He frees at 11 July 2008.
