That I am working as Collection Manager with the complainant bank and thus being well aware of the facts and circumstances of the matter, am competent to swear the present affidavit.

2. That in above complaint, dasti Bailable Warrants was issued by this Honble Court against the accused vide order dated _______ for 27.09.2010. 3. That on 10.09.2010, in compliance of aforesaid order, I visited __________ Police Station for effecting service of above mentioned warrants but Mr. __________, _____ of concerned police station refused to accept the warrants due to heavy work load for Common Wealth Game. . DEPONENT VERIFICATION :I the above named deponent do hereby verify that the contents of my above affidavit are true and correct to my knowledge and belief and as per the records maintained by the bank.
