 Synthesis and optical properties of ZnS nanocrystalline doped with
Transition metals (Mn, Cu…) and Polymer – capped (Powder and
thin film) by wet-chemical method.
 Investigation of crystalline structure of the phosphors by X-Ray
diffraction (XRD) technique.
 Observation of morphology and particle size of the phosphors by
Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission Electron
Microscopy (TEM).
 Determine band gap of the phosphors by Optical absorption spectra.
