OBJECTIVES
The course aims to familiarise the students with Industrial Relations, systems and practices, particularly with reference to economic, political, social and cultural environment. Primarily this course is concerned with conceptual and practical dimensions of industrial relations in the Indian environment. It will examine the structure and process of trade unions, collective bargaining, managing grievances, labour legislations and other related issues.
