    Dear Dean Manny, I have read the lists of those who are entitled to enroll to third year class, however, I was not able to make into the lists due to my low QPI in the first semester. One cause of that low QPI is the ailment of my grandmother, confined to Davao Doctors Hospital, that requires my daily attention. My relatives from the province were not familiar with the city and were timid enough to ask the hospital cashiers. My QPI in my second year is 77.64%, fell short to reach the 78% requirement. In connection with this, I ask your good office to consider me to enroll in third year. If I am allowed to enroll I will exert more effort to make it this time.
