2. Prime function

This business is a product and a service, the service we are providing is

entertainment (students can dance) and the product is a mask for each
student.

3. Mission Statement

We are Eyes Behind the Mask Entertainment. Our priority is to provide students
with a carefree and entertaining disco. We guarantee our customers will leave
satisfied. Our discos are bursting with music, creativity and fun! So take a chance
and come to the masquerade dance!

5. Market Review

This entertainment business will be aimed at grades 2, 3, 4 and 5’s.There

are no current competitors at KPPS

6. Objectives

We want our customers to be entertained, satisfied and happy with the

service. We also want to ensure that we make a profit from the business.
7. Strategies:

Sales and Marketing

Posters, Announcements, Assembly, Decorate gym, Songs, Keeps costs to

minimum, use quality products.

Production/Operations

Colourful, strong materials, suitable music, ensure people have clear jobs
and complete them.

Human Resources

Table points for excellent work, positive feedback, constructive criticism.

Finance

Class places small deposit for costs which will later be reimbursed (about
$1 each).

Administration

Develop a timetable to ensure people are up to date and know what they
have to do and when also, using folders to organise paperwork.

8. Implemetation/Timetable

Who: Grades 2-5

What: Masquerade Disco

When: Grade 2’s and 3’s- 17th October

Grade 4’s and 5’s- 24th October

The disco’s will be held during lunch time.

Where: School Gym

How: Each team has separate responsibilities, run by reliable managers.

9. Review

- Each manager has a checklist

- General Managers ensure everything is going smoothly- also with a

checklist and observation.

Our company will also organise a disco for grade 6’s Closer to graduation-
free of charge.
