Objective:

TRAINING

To improved skill of chest tube management. Background: The chest tube are very usefull in the management of many pleural diseases, so it is frequently used in the daily practice, specially for pulmonologist. We must fully understand how the drainage system for chest tube functions and how to troubleshoot it is problem, to achieved success management. This training aims to provide greater insights and to improved the skill of the chest tube management, which filled with topics from basic science related to chest tube insertion, various methodes of inserting chest tube, complications, the used of drainage system, many intervention during insertion, decision to pulled out of chest tube, and many more and completed by hands on training.
