Have you previously been involved with a Model UN, Model G8, or similar programs? No In the past five years, have you been involved in a student organization? Yes 1. What qualities do you feel are most important for a G8/G20 Youth Summit delegate? I think the most important for a G8/G20 Youth Summit delegate is must be have high commitment to think deeply about the problems, to realize the ideas, and to innovate in any conditions. Why? Because a man ho has a lot of knowledges about science, environment, food, energy, etc and he hasnt a commitment for it, its nothing. With a commitment we can find out how to solve the problems although we havent enough knowledge, we can ask to the experts in certain fields, university level instructor, etc. 2. What are your two preferred ministerial positions and why? I prefer in Minister of Environment or Minister of Development. In my university, I was study about environmental management, and I have curiousity to know further how to implement what I have study before. For me, environment is everything. We can live without depend to the environment. And to keep the environment to be green needs the qualified persons, and I wanna be one of them. In other hand, I have a big dream to decrease the poverty level in my country, Indonesia. As well we know, that poverty is the most common problem faced in all country of the world. One of solution to decrease the poverty level is with community development. We teach them how to create products, how to market them, and ofcourse, there must be an institution who finance this project. 3. Discuss two topics you would like to see on the agenda of the G8/G20 Youth Summits. I am verry glad if I have a chance in this summit to discuss about environment, food, and energy, and also how to decrease the poverty level. 4. What do you expect to take away from this experience?
