the authors believe that it should be . The truth is that any curriculum program is only as good as the instructor who delivers it . By any logic the classroom teacher is a fart of the curriculum and therefore should be a concern of curriculum planers . The concept of systematic observations is certainly one of the more widely publicized of these recent innovations . By it is very nature and basic construct ,empirical data describing specific teacher and student variables that are found to interact in a given teaching-learning situation Currently , several manageable observational system are available for teacher use. each is specifically designed to assess a different an particular dimensions of the class room situation. Flanders developed a category system that takes into account the verbal interactions between teacher and pupil in the class room . the system enables one to determine whether the teacher controls students in such a way as to increase decrease freedom of actions. Through the use of observer or by using audio or video tape equipment , a teacher can review the result of teaching lesson. every the three second an observer write down a category number of interaction he or she has just observed. The number are recorded in sequence in a column .whether the observer is using a live classroom or tape recording for his or her observations ,it is best for the to spend ten to fifteenth minutes getting oriented to the situations before categorizing . the observer stop classifying whenever the classroom activity is inappropriate as ,for instance , when there is silent reading ,or when various group are working in the classroom ,or when the children are working in their workbooks. A modification of the flanders system of ten categories is a system by hough and use by bondi and orber in research studies
