Improvement in classroom teaching and learning based on two (2) classroom observations in a year, using an observation schedule developed jointly by the vendors and the Ministry. The observation shall focus on, among others, the following salient aspects: Effective use of teaching-learning resources Level and quality of pupil engagement in a lesson Teachers assessment and evaluation techniques Improvement in the English language proficiency of the participating teachers based on an assessment instrument jointly developed and agreed upon by all the vendors.
