We may see that this is true, but the differences are very important to consider, since the trend of our time is to reduce differences, expand common ground, and abusing the meaning of equality. Men and women speak different things, walk differently, think differently, and even eat differently. They are motivated by different values and are affected by different emotions. They are different in every cell of their bodies. Because of their difference, it is a known fact that men and women should do different types of work.

Based on data from Canadian Womens Health Network (2010), women have traditionally been excluded from occupations that include visible physical dangers like lifting heavy loads. The risks they face at work are usually more subtle and complex, and they are often cumulative. Because of this, women workers have more slowly developing workrelated illnesses than men, and fewer accidents. This does not mean that womens jobs have fewer risks. Repetitive work, for example, may appear less dangerous than work involving heavy lifting, yet both types of jobs can pose health risks.

There are some kinds of work that possible to women. According to the United States department of Labor, the Leading Occupations of Employed Women for 2009 were secretaries, nurses, teachers, and cashiers.

The first jobs for women are secretary. Woman has an inheriting respect to male and communication between a male and female would be more pleasant. So that sectaries are preferred to man-boss, secretaries are looking after the telephone and other communication instruments, documentation, typing, travel plans and appointments and related works etc., for

which some prefer females. But some companies also prefer man as Secretary as woman lacks future vision and results of any dealing. Eventually, being a secretary came to be seen as a woman's job

The second possible jobs for women are Fashion design. Fashion is an important aspect of our life style. For today's modern woman who is smart, career-minded, professional, independent and successful fashion is an important part and parcel of life. Fashion designing is hard and serious work. Women have to be a dreamer and should be able to bring their dream into reality.

The next possible jobs are teacher. Teaching is a noble profession and those who have a keen interest of imparting knowledge and training young minds must taking up this profession. By nature women are best suited for teaching basic repetitive type skills of life, of speech, of personal care.

The last possible job is Nurse. It is the vary instinct of women about caring weak people as a nurse. In comparison to men, very few of them are unwillingness to accept those job offers because most of them could not meet the basic rules of nursing career of patient and soft heart. Inside, nursing always rank the most popular jobs among girls regardless of the hardship of the work. Nursing is a job that generally appeals more to women than to men. And they tend to be better at it.

In other hand, the male jobs mostly require physical strength. They also either expand or maintain society in a physical manner. Men are naturally more ambitious and more inclined to choose the more challenging and demanding jobs. So many kinds of jobs that men can do such as : Bakers, Scribes, Priests, Farmers, Artists, Stone carvers, Fishermen, Clothing Makers, Fabric Dyers, Astronomers, Animal Herders, Beer and Wine Makers, Boat builders,

Merchants, Burial personnel, Architects, Doctors, Weapon Makers, Miners, Paper makers, Glass makers, Quarry workers, Furniture makers, Wig makers, Soldiers, and etc.

Males dominate any profession that is "highly IQ intensive" like engineering, computer science and the mathematic sciences and the general science fields and of course invention. According to IQ studies, there are between 5 to 8 males for every 1 female with an IQ over 145. And because of that, it is considered by IQ scientists impossible for there to be an equal number of men and women in those high IQ professions. One IQ scientist (who studied IQ for more than 50 years) said "actually when you consider the ratio of male geniuses to female geniuses in IQ studies.

In conclusion, men and women should do different kinds of work. Women are weaker than men, so to avoid this problem there are some possible work that can women do. The first possible jobs for women are secretary.
