Ralentissement du march sur le second semestre
Aprs une anne 2010 symbolise par la reprise du
march et une progression de +10,2%, lanne 2011
affiche une volution plurimdia positive mais modre
+5,2%. Le premier semestre sest montr encourageant
(+7,1%). Cependant, on note un net ralentissement ds le
mois de juin et une fin danne difficile, voire en retrait sur
le mois de dcembre. Certains annonceurs font preuve de
prudence et se dsengagent progressivement sur les
mdias.

Cest la tlvision qui contribue le plus la croissance du


march hauteur de 38,7%. Le mdia voit ses recettes
brutes voluer favorablement +6%. Toujours premire en
valeur, la tlvision affiche nanmoins de fortes disparits
de croissance entre les recettes des chanes historiques (1,2%) et celles de la TNT (+28,4%). Le mois de dcembre
est juste stable +0,7% grce la TNT (+16,6%) face
des chanes nationales qui accusent leur 6me volution
ngative conscutive (-4,8%).

Le display enregistre une volution +7,6% au cumul et


assoit son rle de mdia mature avec une saisonnalit qui
suit celle du plurimdia. Le mois de dcembre est juste
stable (+1,5%) grce aux distributeurs (+41,5%) et au
secteur voyage tourisme qui se dsengage pourtant sur le
cumul.

La presse termine lanne 2011 avec des recettes brutes


en hausse (+3,9%) et des volumes stables (+0,7%). Les
magazines comme les quotidiens nationaux prsentent des
volutions positives en valeur (+2,2% et +3,5%) mais
accusent de fortes diminutions de leur pagination (-1,2% et
-8,2%). On note un mois de dcembre plutt
encourageant pour le mdia (+3% de recettes
supplmentaires) grce la distribution (+15,1%) et aux
annonceurs de la mode (+26,1%).

La radio profite de son statut de mdia ractif et cumule


+6,2% de recettes brutes supplmentaires vs 2010. Les
stations gnralistes et les stations musicales engrangent
des montants bruts quasi similaires ainsi que des
volutions quivalentes (respectivement +6,1% et +5,5%).
Les programmes locaux dynamisent galement le mdia
au global annuel (+16,1%). La radio enregistre un meilleur
second semestre malgr un mauvais mois de dcembre (2,2%).

La publicit extrieure prsente des recettes stables sur


lanne (-0,6%). Le mdia est tir vers le bas par
lalimentation (-31,6%) et par les constructeurs
automobiles (-10,6%) mais les oprateurs tlcom ainsi
que ceux de la culture & loisirs compensent les retraits
constats. Le mois de dcembre prsente lvolution la
plus faible de lanne (-11,3%).

Boost par les nouvelles technologies, le cinma observe


une belle anne en valeur (+27,1%) et gagne ainsi 0,3
points de part de march sur le plurimdia.
