April 13, 2011 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;

On April 09, 2011, that was Sunday. An hour between 12:20 1:00 pm, we were there inside the Pantry for lunch break. We did not use plates, glasses & cups from the Pantry coz my officemates bought food from 7-11. Before we eat we already noticed that there were unclean dishes in the sink. As myself I saw those unclean dishes in the morning, when we get there inside the pantry during that lunch time one of my officemates noticed that the floor was messy. We admitted that we used a jar (flower vase), coz Norman making a juice. And for that, we sincerely apologise for using it. Before we leave the pantry, Vhen clean the table and she wiped it. Norman put the flower vase inside the refrigerator because there still a juice left. Those disposable food boxes & plastic cups that we used, we put it inside the garbage can. Those many unclean dishes in a sink are already there when the time that we get inside during that lunch break.
