MEMORANDUM
A memorandum is a written communication circulated within the company. The parts of a memorandum are the following: Heading & Memorandum Number Placed on top of the paper, bears the name of company, department the memo is intended to, and the memorandum number on the right side. TO indicates to whom the memorandum is intended. FROM indicates who issued to memorandum. Dateline date the memorandum is issued. Subject gives an overlook of what the memorandum is about.

GRAPHIC AIDS
Graphic Aids are illustrations used to concretize thoughts and ideas.

INSTRUCTIONAL MANUAL
A book or booklet that is supplied with almost anything technologically advanced consumer products bearing the information and make of a certain item; how to use it and some reminders about the product.

ARTICLE FOR TECHNICAL JOURNAL


These are articles written for a journal or sometimes for a book. An example of this is might be writing a how-to of developing a video game; someone writes down the instruction to make the program work.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Essential medium of progress, both as means to initiate profitable projects for sectoral enhancement and expansion.

PRINTED ACTION MEMO


A printed memo that requires only a checkmark to indicate its message.

RESEARCH
A systematic, methodical, and scientifically objective inquiry that leads to development of generalization and theories.

ABSTRACT
It is a brief summary of a research study, thesis, or conference preceding, often used by a reader to quickly ascertain the papers purpose.

BUSINESS LETTER
a kind of letter written in a formal language, usually used when writing from one business organization to another, or for correspondence between organizations and their customers, clients, and other external parties.

CONTRACT
An agreement entered by two or more parties with the serious intention of creating a legal obligation.

PROGRESS REPORT
Written to inform the management about the status of a particular project.

PROPOSAL
A written offer of a seller to a prospective buyer. There are three kinds of proposals: formally solicited, informally solicited, and unsolicited.

SPECIFICATIONS
An explicit set of requirements to be satisfied by a material, product, or service. They are a type of technical standard.

BROCHURE
A type of leaflet or pamphlet, commonly distributed in places people frequently visit.

POLICY
Can be considered a statement of intent or a commitment. It is described as a principle to guide decisions and achieve rational solutions and outcomes.

MONOGRAPH
A work of writing about a single subject, usually by a single author. It is often a scholarly essay or learned treatise.

SURVEY REPORT
A report about a detailed investigation. It documents circumstances and serves as vouchers for adjusting data.

FIELD REPORT
Provides result of a visit to a particular location or site. Through personal observation and experience, one can obtain information for a field report.

TECHNICAL PAPER
A method of presenting, researching, and creating information about technical processes or products directed to an audience through media.

LABORATORY REPORT
Presents results of investigation, research or testing done in a laboratory. It includes purpose of experiment, as well as result of experiment.

PURCHASE ORDER
A commercial document issued by a buyer to a seller, indicating types, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services the seller will provide to the buyer.

MINUTES OF A MEETING
A record that summarizes the proceedings of a meeting and its important points.

LETTER REPORT
Usually sent to someone outside the institution or firm.

PROJECT STUDY
Designed to convince the audience that the project being studied may be the best and the most beneficial, economical, and efficient.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
A skeletal diagram that shows the structure of an organization and the relationships and relative ranks of its part and positions/job.
