Conditions For Conduct: 1. The permission from the municipality for drilling is also required. 2. Any extra requirements or if the depth of the wells is increased more than as mentioned in the above quotation will be charged later on. 3. Any authorized person from your side will be totally responsible for calculating the total number of pipes at the time of removal and for the final inspection of the borehole as we wont be responsible for any problems later on.

4. Our company also doesnt take the responsibility if any collapsing occurs during or after completion of work, and we are not responsible for water quantities also. Also we can stop the work at will if more collapsing occurs which can lead to disturbance in continuation of work. 5. In case the water quantity is very high before reaching the desired depth, which could lead to difficult drilling conditions, we shall stop the work immediately. 6. The payment is to be done (50% in Advance), the balance after the completion of the work instantly. 7.
