General Manager- After Sales Support

The leading graphic art solution provider, primarily working in the Pakistani Print Packaging Industry, as a part of its growth and local expansion strategy to recruit executive for the following position:

Responsibilities include:
Lead and develop the after sales support function to best practice international standards. Prepare the service department and take it through an efficient technical training process for efficient after sales service execution. Elaborate and contribute to business and after sales support strategies as a key member of the executive management team. Reports to the top management on all after sales support matters, administrative and financial. Lead and manage the department and a sizable team.

Qualifications:
More than 10 years of experience in multinational organization dealing in industrial equipments or similar relevant industries. Masters Degree in Engineering/ Business from a reputable local or foreign University. High level of energy and presence, strategic vision, commercial approach and excellent communication.
