Adsorbtion Insert Removes More than Four Pounds of Dirt and Oil

he Eaton Adsorption Insert is the ultimate solution for increasing the capacity to remove oil and dirt from new and existing filtration systems. It is made of meltblown polypropylene with a spun bound cover and a polypropylene extruded core for support. During field testing, the insert captured more than four pounds of dirt. Additional testing with oil showed nearly the same amazing absorption capability, making it ideal for many applications. The insert works with most standard size 02 filter bags with SNAP-RING and SENTINEL ring collars. A

stainless steel cover plate optimizes efficiency and capacity. For easier insertion and removal of the insert, Eaton recommends a straightsided perforated plate basket.
