Documents Required at the time of Registration for Class I Birth Certificate from Competent Authority(NAC, Municipality, Municipal Corporation, Extract about the DoB from the records of the Village Panchayat, Military Hospital, Service Record of Defence personnel or Affidavit)

Caste Certificate(SC,ST,EWS,BPL,OBC-Non Creamy Layer) from the competent Authority if belongs to such category

PH Certificate (if the candidate is Physically Handicapped) issued by the competent authority

A service Certificate showing the No. of Transfers during the preceding Seven years (wef.1/4/2005) duly signed and stamped by the Head of Office bearing the Name
