My Skills 1) Web design I have the ability to use simple HTML (the coding used to build a website). I taught myself from a young age how to use HTML,and these skills developed more when I began the role of website maintainer at Boldon Lawn Tennis Club. It was here that I realised that I wanted to develop my skills so in my spare time I opened and started to run a company called My Administrator that has now created many sites for companies and individuals. I taught myself how to use Photoshop from about the age of 14 Yrs. 3) Microsoft Office Suit I have gathered a detailed understanding of Microsoft word, excel and outlook but I only have a basic knowledge of Microsoft access and PowerPoint. 4) Software & Hardware Installations- from a very young age I owned a computer and have been fascinated as to how it operates. Since then I have taught myself how to upgrade, install and remove hardware (the components that make your computer run) and I also have taught myself how to install various types of software on most computer systems.

5) Heart Start Course (November 2010) the heart start course taught me what to do in life threatening emergencies. I learnt how to: Assess an unconscious patient, Perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Deal with a person chocking, Deal with serious bleeding.

Role: Website Maintainer & Junior Representative which involved Managing their website (www.boldontennis.org), Organising Competitions and also updating their social networking sites. 2) Full Time Office Assistant at Brickwork Direct (July 2011 September 2011) (This firm provides quality bricklaying squads to commercial building developments throughout the North East of England). 211 Tedco Business Works, Henry Robson Way, South Shields, NE33 1RF. I was employed at Brickwork direct throughout the summer holidays. During this time I was a telephone operator which involved directing clients through to the right department and taking any messages. I also created and managed databases for the company, assisted doing the wages by computerising them, and I also done some basic filing within the building. I left Brickwork Direct to continue education at Gateshead College 3) Part Time Administrator at Sporty People (Present Employment) (Sporty People provide programmes that deliver effective, sustainable social and health outcomes within the community.) This employment is based at home using a computer and telephones and therefore my hours are very flexible. Role: Managing their website, social networking sites, invoicing, registers, accounts and computerising the wages. 4) Part Time Model at Tyne Tees Models (Present Employment) (Tyne Tees Models is a commercial model agency with a growing editorial section.
