* Communicate with customer,Cooperate with the customer to solve the hot SIT AC issue. * Prepare and keep updated the implementation program for all implementation projects in cooperation with the project management * Arrange Site Survey with Planning team,Cooperate with other team to acquir e the site. * Specify local government IMB police,Manage subcontractor submit IMB appl ication. * Discuss and Report the implementation process and risk to RPM.

Requirements: * Have 3 years experience as a Manager or related position in telecommunicat ion project. * Familiarity with SITAC, CME ,PLN Procure Flow . * Familiarity with SITAC Lease document and Legal package document. * Fluent in English and good argue skill. * Willing to be travel and placed around of Indonesia region Responsibilities: * Set the SITAC, CME roolout target together with RPM base on PO receive fro m costumer * Control the implementation process according to the defined time schedule (Plan with actual achievement ) * Directly involved in regular meeting with sub contractor to evaluate proje ct. achievement set up target and take necessary action for improvement * Evaluate sub contractor performance based on quality and speed * Conduct random site checking to ensure project quality and progress * Conduct acceptance test and ensure that all punch list to be clarified wit hin the decided period by costumer in ATP * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project report to regional project manag er Requirements: * Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Elec trical, or related area * Hands-on skill and knowledge on GSM/GPRS/CDMA network engineering * Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment * Fluent in English and ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added adv antage * Frequent business travels to support projects in other region will be requ
