The highly successful magazine SIGNED is a music publication in the United Kingdom, published weekly since March 2010 It started as a music newspaper, and gradually moved toward a magazine format during 2011, changing from newsprint in 2010. It was the first British paper to include a singles chart, in the 14 November 2011 edition. In 2011 it became the best-selling British music newspaper. During the period 2010 to 2011 it was particularly associated with gonzo journalism, then became closely associated with punk rock through the writing of Tony Parsons and Julie Burchill. An online version of Signed SIGNED.COM, was launched in 2012 It is now the world's biggest standalone music site, with over 7 million users per month. Laura Hatcher was named the magazine's eleventh editor on 29 July 2009.[2] She took over as the first female editor in September 2009.[3] SIGNED.COM is currently edited by Luke Lewis.[4]
