Introduction
A. Background Of The Problem
Traffic jam that hit Indonesia becoming more worse lately, that is an problem that can never be solved by Indonesian government. Many factrs that affecting the traic jam in Indonesia, like natural disasters, accidents, motorists disobedience etc.

B. Problem Statement
1. Why traffic in Indonesia cant free from jam? 2. What should Indonesia government do to resolve the jam in Indonesia?

C. Objective Of Study
The prupose why these problems are discussed: 1. Knowing the causes of jam in Indonesia. 2. Knowing the impact of traffic jam in Indonesia. 3. Knowing how to solve the jam problem.

D. Significance Of Study
The writer raises this topic or this problem because writer wants all students can know about jam problem in Indonesia. Writer also hopes all students can use this study paper for education.

F. Scope Of The Study


In this study paper the writer only discusses the problem jam in Indonesia in specific way.

Discussion

1. Defenition Of Traffic Jam


Traffic jam is a problem that is currently common in Indonesia. There are some factors that cause the jam mostly caused by road user, vehicle type, the highway itself, and some other factors. Traffic jam is the problem that never can resolve by indonesia goverment.

2. The Factors That Cause The Traffic Jam


Firstly, Road users is one of the causes of traffic jam, Both in terms of age, gender, etc. for example, teenagers often prefer their vehicle in high speed, less experienced, do not obey traffic rules, etc. Secondly, The kinds of vehicle also affect the incressing traffic jam in Indonesia, it is because of economic development that makes people can have a vehicle at a low price. increasing population growth also affects the density of traffic, so there was jam. Thirdly, Inadequate roads is also one of the causes of jam in Indonesia, for example, the damage roads that also can endanger driver safety. Fourth, Jam is also caused by the used of the road as a vehicle parking area, it has been a problem in several big cities in Indonesia, such as jambi city, Bandung, etc.

CHAPTER 3
Conclusions and Suggestions

1. Conclusion
Based on the argument we can deduce, congestion/Jam in Indonesia is a serious problem that must be solved, because jam is an indicator the failure of the government in a country.

2. Suggestion
To overcome traffic jam, people have to get used to use public transport as a means of transportation, this can be realized if local government is able to provide transportation with the achievable prices, safe, and effective.
