Membership Management
1. Ref #05460 Removing agreement start date causes error Issue: When upgrading a member the wizard asks for an agreement start date, if this date was removed by the user the application would show a run time error. Solution: The wizard no longer shows a run time error upon deleting the date.
2. Ref #02054 Link wizard with daily collections Issue: When a member is linked as an Add-On the monthly collection date for the Add-On member was not set to the same value as the head member. Solution: The monthly collection date is now set as the same value of the head member.
Reports
1. Ref #03731 Transaction report Issue: The transactions POS report is displaying incorrect values for any transaction where a split payment is used and one of the split payments is a voucher. Solution: The report has been amended so that these values now display correctly. 2. Ref #012953 Error in reports with special characters Issue: If an activity/resource contains any special characters, such as &, then any report would error when said activity/resource is selected and run. Solution: Reports will now run when any special characters exist. 3. Ref #521 Course re-enrollment report Issue: The course re-enrollment report did not display the data in the column MobileTelNo correctly as the column conflicted with another column in the report. Solution: The confliction has now been removed and the data shows correctly. 3. Ref #250 Support for large scheduled reports Issue: Any extremely large reports would fail due to the size of the file. Solution: The scheduled report saved to disk will now create split excel spread sheets for extremely large reports over 200k rows.
Check In
1. Ref #010448 Photo capture not communicating correctly Issue: When the take photo box popped up in check in the box was completely blank as it could not connect to the camera. Solution: The communication method has been altered so the camera now connects to the applications.
ACM
1. Ref #550 Loading of inventories in ACM Issue: In the Inventory Access Module in ACM loading of enterprise level inventories resulted in the application not responding. Solution: The structure of the application has been altered so the inventory prices are loaded when required.
