3. Problems or challenges encountered during the week and how you solved/minimized them. In completing the working paper, sometimes I must ask the accounting managers or to their staffs for some supporting document. If I was lucky, I would get what I need right away. However, they were too busy with their own job and they forgot to provide what I need. In this situation, I need to remind them about it without making them felt being pushed by me then angry with me. In Addition, challenges from a big well known client means complex Working Paper. Even a simple Working Paper such Cash and Cash Equivalent can give difficulties for a junior like me. I was

responsible on Cash and Cash equivalent working paper for PT. Permata Birama Sakti (It has 2 divisions they are Building Division; consist of 4 buildings and Hotel Division; JW Marriott Hotel). Even though this section is quite easy, but, because I was not familiar with it, it got me so stressful. When I found that banks record is different with books record. I consult it with my senior and she could easily found that the difference between banks and books record is foreign exchange and asked me to verify it by tracing through General Ledger.
