Business Merger Agreement

This Business Agreement is by and between Brian (hereinafter referred to as Imperial and Change to girl name (hereinafter referred to as Avi name). Imperial owns the copyright and controls to Agency name. This agreement entitles Girl avi name the non-exclusive right to use the said business as his/her own, but the sole rights belong to Imperial. By signing this agreement, girl avi name agrees to all of the following terms and conditions:

1) Girl avi name shall be given a new IMVU account to be solely used for the agency he/she chooses to create. He/She will not be required to stop using their main account, but the business will be ran using the account given to them. 2) Girl avi name shall be given 100,000 credits to start his/her business on the given name as stated above. All credits must only be used in the running of the business and nothing more. (Furniture, employee pay, clothes for models) 3) This agency is apart of a merger competition; the guy/girl with the best agency (loyal models, best ideas, great ownership/management, design) will become the sole agency belonging to Imperial. There will be 2 other agencies competing alongside Girl avi name. The winning agency after date will stay as the main agency, while the other two will become branches of that (such as a fashion and/or photo room for the winning agency). The managers will still be in charge of their said branch.

By signing this agreement, you agree to follow all of the conditions as stated above. Breaking any of the rules as stated above will be considered for grounds of termination.
