Recent responsibilities at Welsh Colliers include: Create, layout, & prepare materials in InDesign and Photoshop for Investment Sales Team. Materials included Offering Materials or Package,Proposal, Broker Opinionated Values, Announcement Cards, Flyers, & Confidentiality Agreements.
