    Through OEM In home of OEM, click Performance tab and in turn click button "Run ADDm Now". That's it.

ADDM Database time = 535 seconds means approx 8.92 minutes which is no idle time of database . FINDING 1: 51% impact means problem identified had a 51 percent overall impact in the DB time
