Authentic assessment has been developed in this time. This kind of assessment measures the credibility of the learners to perform a specific task. It helps learners to enhance their psychomotor skills. This skill includes their ability to perform or demonstrate a task with the use of their body parts and mind. This will be appropriate enough to assess the ability of the learners to come up with a desired output. It helps also the learners to expose them, not only in their peers or classmates but also into the outside world or in the field. In the class I observed, the teacher mostly let her pupils perform a task with regards to their psychomotor skills like drawing a picture of what they will like to become in the future.

As I observed, using authentic assessment, learners performance improve their skills. During our observation learners have the creativity in making their valentines decoration. They are very independent and have their own strategies in making their business. Through authentic assessment, it helps the learners more better in their [performances, even in doing their experiments. If learners understood what she/he doing, the teacher is effective in teaching them.

As a future teacher, I must think of strategies that would get the attention of my pupils. In this episode I cover up with the product oriented performance based assessment where in this will end up to visible output of the performance task. I also learned that when the teachers require us to make a project, they must see to it that the output is relevant to their objectives.

Authentic assessment has been developed in this time. This kind of assessment measures the credibility of the learners to perform a specific task. A teacher must extend more patience in dealing students individual differences and must be always effective in dealing with the discussion to help the student be more responsible in learnings. As a future educator, I can say this episode was really focused through what the student done in this task. It can be not just through guessing but you should really look into what might have the better quality of a project given.
