Once positive attitude is created, other taints can be rounded to meet success requirements. Attitude consist of three components An affective component the feelings, sentiments, moods, emotions about some person, idea event Cognitive component - the beliefs, opinions, knowledge or information held by individual Behavioural components - the predisposition to act on a favourable or unfavourable evaluation of something Major components of winning attitude are Develop positive energy Build self-confidence Foster optimism (cheerfulness, hopefulness) Strengthen persistence (determination) Have flexibility Sense of reality and need for flexible optimisim

Positive attitude well worth developing and strengthening In organizations attitudes are important they affect job behavior. Employees may be negative evaluations and positive evaluations about work environment. There are three primary attitudes job satisfaction, job involvement and organizational commitment (loyalty ) These attitudes are measured so that behaviours like productivity , absenteeism and turnover can be predicted. Managers also interested in changing attitudes not only understanding. LEARNING: refers to a process that enhances the knowledge, skill and attitude of individuals, to increase his/her willingness to adopt those newly acquired KSA and to implement them at the workplace. Any relatively permanent change in behavior that occurs as a result of experience (robbins, 2003) Characteristics -
