Pilates Foam Roller Workshop w/ Aubrie Pollock

This 90 minute workshop will combine stretching, self-massage, balance, and core strengthening exercises using the foam roller as a prop. We will address the whole body with an emphasis on releasing tension in the shoulders, drawing awareness to abdominal strength, and stretching and opening the lower body. Students will leave the workshop feeling relaxed, strengthened, and lengthened. Attendees will also be given a foam roller routine that can be practiced at home or on the road. A limited number of foam rollers will be available for use at the workshop. If you have your own, please bring it or you may purchase one to use for the seminar and beyond, for $20 at the time of registration. Please register by Saturday, May 19th.
About Aubrie Aubries interest in Pilates blossomed during her senior year at Santa Clara University. She began taking classes and private sessions as often as possible. Combining her interest in teaching and her passion for Pilates, Aubrie enrolled in a teacher-training program. She completed the Body Arts and Science International Comprehensive Teacher Training Program in Aptos, CA. She is also certied in Xtend Barre Workout training and is currently working on her yoga teacher certication through Breathe Los Gatos. Aubrie recognizes the benets of daily movement and believes that exercise should be fun and something that you look forward to. Her love of Pilates, warmth, enthusiasm, and nurturing personality shine through in her teaching.
