Before you can do any trans cal work you need to make sure your engine calibration is SPOT

ON! The trans is torque based and reported torque comes from the engine controller....if your MAF and VE surfaces are off good luck getting good torque values. If you look at most of the pressure tables they are referenced from torque....the difference between a reported torque of 350 vs 400 can be huge and significantly effect trans shifting and life....
