Sub: Application for collecting a copy of forwarding letter for internship

Dear Sir,

I am a student of Eastern University, BBA, 5th batch. I had recently taken a forwarding letter for
internship purpose in Square Consumer products. However, unfortunately the letter got lost from the
manager whom I gave the letter. Now he wants another copy of the letter from my university. Therefore, I
request you to consider my present situation and allow me to collect another copy of the forwarding
letter.
