Pilates is BACK in town with new instructor, Chloe.
Sundays at 1000 starting tomorrow 8th July. What is Pilates? Originally developed in the 1920s by Joseph Pilates, classes are designed to challenge your core, your balance, your flexibility and more. Dont be fooled into thinking this is a low impact class done properly, we reckon Pilates is the MOST EFFECTIVE way to build a lean but super strong body! The perfect complement to all our outdoor adventures, and a MUST for anyone whose lower back niggles, whose posture is out of whack, or whose flexibility could do with improving. All abilities.

Speedy Circuits is also BACK on Sundays 1230 as of this weekend.

Give yourself a cardio WAKE UPPPPPPPP with Tabata intervals and a healthy dose of endorphins!

Right then Boys: Time for some Strength & Conditioning


And girls too Take advantage of our 2 new Strength and Conditioning coaches, who are in town for this summer only. Personal Training sessions from just 45. Ashley is a UK Strength and Conditioning coach, in Chamonix for the summer. Hes a highly qualified S&C expert, Sports Therapist, and Cross Fit Coach. Nicholas is in Chamonix from Paris and is also a highly qualified Personal Trainer, strength coach, and keen mountain athlete.

Strength and Conditioning is KEY to becoming a leaner & meaner rider, runner, skier, climber. Strength training is also VITAL for preventing injuries and changing your body composition - more muscle, less fat! But most of us dont really know what to do with weights in a gym.

So if you want to lean down and speed up, its time to get STRONG.
Ps. Girls that doesnt mean getting ripped or bulking up.

Bike Maintenance Day


Dont know your derailler from your cassette? Guilty of riding a bike and not actually being able to change a tyre? Nows the time to fix it. In partnership with Kevin from Vaudagne Velo, were running a 90 minute Essential Bike Maintenance session next Tuesday 10th July at 1800. Le Retour de Pilates avec nouvelle prof, Chloe
Dimanche 1000, a partir de demain - 8 Juillet Quest ce que cest Pilates? Develope au annees 20s par Joseph Pilates, les cours seront un melange de renforcement des abdos, gaignage, equilibre et souplesse. Ne pensez pas que cest facile! A notre avis, Pilates fait correctement est la meilleur facon de creer une silhouette longe, mince, mais forte. Un bon complement a tous nos sports exterieur a Chamonix surtout pour ceux qui ont un peu mal au dos, ceux avec les muscles malequilibres ou une mauvaise posture et ceux qui nont pas beaucoup de souplesse. Tous niveaux.

Ashley vient dAngleterre: un coach de Strength and Conditioning, Sports Therapist, et Cross Fit Coach. Nicholas est a Chamonix de Paris pour lete: un entraineur personnel qualifie a haute niveau, specialiste de musculation et passione des sports de montagne.

Renforcement musculaire est votre cle pour devenir plus fort, plus vite et un meilleur cycliste, courreur, grimpeur. Renforcement musculaire est aussi indespnensable pour empecher des blessures, et pour changer votre pourcentage de grasse corporelle. Mais la plupart des gens ne savent pas quoi faire avec les poids au gym!

Devenez plus fort, moins grasse STRENGTH & CONDITIONING.
