Affidavit of Complaint

I, Melanie R. Garcia of legal age Filipino Citizen, married residing at Jestra heights, Tagaytay city after being sworn to an oath depose and say:

That on June 29, 2012 at 5:00 pm a maroon vehicle (SUV) with license plate XST 854 driven by a certain Katherine Rongcal suddenly swerved her vehicle across the road towards where I was and stopped her vehicle and got off, without provocation grabbed and pushed me down the ground, screaming and berating me with obcenties started pulling my hair and kicking me. My mother and others was witnessed to the incident tried to pacify her without success until my father eventually broke up the fight to stop the suffering I was enduring. Afterward, to avoid more injury from Mrs. Rongcal my father drove me, home to asked my husband to take me to the hospital for emotional and physical injuries suffered on the hands of Mrs. Rongcal. While on the road Mrs. Rongcal followed us to here we were going. Until Mrs. Rongcal catched up with us at the Discovery restaurant Tagaytay and raming the left side of my fathers owner jeep, not satisfied Mrs. Rongcal overtook us and suddently made a quick U-turn with the attempt to collide with us Head On to injurie us severely. My father evaded by speeding up until we reached a place where a police patrol was present that ended the chase. The police questioned both drivers and both taken to the station for further questioning both vehicles are presently impounded at the police station. That in view of the foregoing I intend to file a criminal complaint against KATHERINE G. RONGCAL In witness I have hereunto set own my hand this day___________ of July 2012 in Tagaytay City
